At The Beauty Works Limited, we pride ourselves on giving you the best customer service possible.

Please note that all orders made via the website are through PayPal, however if you would like to order using your credit/debit card please call our customer services team on 01474 832217.

Shipping

Your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail.

Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

All deliveries outside of the UK, price dependant on country, please contact customer services: 01474 832217 for quotation.

Please note our head office will be closed on all standard Bank Holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

A full refund will be given within 30 days of unopened products.

Please note if item has been dispatched, a refund will be provided on the item but not postage.

A full refund/ replacement will be given for faulty products within the one year manufacturer’s guarantee.

We are more than happy to replace any faulty item, provided the customer has a receipt/ proof of purchase.

Please note a small charge will apply to some returns.

Beauty Works will require all faulty goods to be returned to our Head Office before a replacement can be sent.
